1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to the Earnnect platform is granted subject to compliance with these Terms. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for its intended purposes.
Platform features, availability, and functionality may change at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance at our discretion.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or any connected systems
- Distributing malicious software, viruses, or any technology that could harm the platform or other users
- Scraping, crawling, or otherwise harvesting data from the platform without express written consent
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
- Engaging in any activity that disproportionately burdens the platform's infrastructure
- Using the platform to transmit unsolicited communications or spam
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, as well as referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, design elements, trademarks, and service marks on the Earnnect platform are owned by Earnnect or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers
The Earnnect platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Earnnect and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100).
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. You may also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
Upon termination, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts.
